The mitigation and management of disruption to the local environment, nearby properties, including residents, is a priority for the project team. Environment
Strict management and control of dust, noise and vibration are very important to us. Continuous live monitoring will ensure any impact on the community is minimized and works are carried out within agreed planning limits. In addition, works and conditions are constantly reviewed. Measures will include dampening down to reduce dust and acoustic barriers to reduce noise. Overall, the project aims for a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ – BREEAM is a measure of the building’s sustainability performance and an ‘Excellent’ rating will put the building in the top 10% of UK new non-domestic buildings.
We are Considerate Constructors. The Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) encourages best practice beyond statutory requirements. The scheme’s three aims are to ensure respect for the community, care for the environment, and that we value our great workforce.
